Eventix is a SAAS company, giving organisations complete freedom to set up their ticketing the way they like. Meanwhile, our system is used in 102 countries and we sell millions of tickets per year. We do all this with 30 colleagues, spread over 4 countries, with whom we enjoy developing and improving the best ticket sales system every day. Will you join us?

Job description

As a Turkish & English speaking Customer Success representative, you will work in our support team and be responsible for making our Turkish customers successful with our software. You will focus on attracting, guiding and training (new) customers. In addition, you will communicate our customers' wishes to our product team.

You will be extremely happy taking "Yardımlarınız için çok teşekkür ederim" as an answer and won’t go home before the last question has been answered.

Your day

In the morning, you start with a stand-up with the team. You discuss the previous working day and discuss your successes, but also the problems you encountered. After answering the first Turkish questions of the day, you prepare for peak sales.

One of your Turkish clients is going online with their ticket sales. They will sell thousands of tickets in a few minutes and you will make sure that everything goes smoothly. After you have successfully completed this, we have lunch together.

After lunch, you have an online meeting with our sales department in Turkey. You will discuss how the communication flow of new customers can be optimised. After which you end the day by answering some more technical questions from customers about the Eventix platform.
