Eventix

If you like to go to festivals, parties, or other events, you’ve probably bought a ticket through Eventix. We are a B2B SaaS platform, providing online ticketing services that enables modern-day organizers to sell tickets globally for any event using state of the art technology based on their ticketing API. For us, automation, innovation, and service are paramount, and our customers do value us with a 4.6 score out of 5!

We have grown fast (128% CAGR), have sold millions of tickets, are serving customers in over 20 countries and hold a top tier position in our home market the Netherlands, next to Belgium and Latin America. As from 2021, international expansion has been focused on Spain and Germany and that is just the beginning…


The position

The CCO position is a new created position, that has been taken care of by the CEO since start. The function has been created to secure dedicated commercial leadership over the development and implementation of the Go-To-Market strategy, and topline revenue growth, and oversees the full spectrum of the marketing and sales disciplines.

Key priorities:

  • Development and implementation of a Go-to-Market strategy roadmap to grow from €10 million to €100 million revenue by 2026;
  • Building a winning commercial team, aligned processes, and tools with clear organizational structure of local vs central capabilities;
  • Grow profitability - Build a scalable self-service platform at lowest cost.

Requirements


About You

  • 6 -10 years of experience in a fast-growing (+50% YoY) platform or B2B SaaS software business, of which at least 2 years in commercial leadership role. Ideally has scaled a business from €10m to €100m+, internationally;
  • Strong commercial versatile background with solid understanding of optimizing channel performance and revenue. Experienced in developing go-to-market, product, and pricing strategies;
  • Inspirational leader who guides, motivates and facilitates;
  • Result driven and gets things done;
  • Aligns performance for success: brings focus, structure and closes the loop;
  • You can build the organizational capabilities you need to succeed.
  • Strategic decision maker and problem solver: Analytical and structured;
  • You speak English (German and/or Spanish is an advantage);
  • Tech savvy and you have a customer centric, and can-do mindset.
